Video Contest Guidelines
• Only one submission per person (no age restrictions!) A participant may enter both video and art contests.
- A person may participate in multiple videos
• 10 minutes maximum in length.
• Scene may be taken from any book by author Chuck Black.
• Submissions will be judged on accuracy, creativity, originality, acting, and overall production.
• Any of Perfect Praise Publishing’s published music can be used in the video.
• All participants in the video must sign the consent form (Parent/guardian must sign if participant is under the age of 18).
• All submissions must be uploaded to YouTube and the link must be emailed to kingdom@perfect-praise.com with the signed video consent form attached.
• The two categories of video entries (Live Action Videos and Animation/Lego Videos) will be judged and ranked separately.
- Videos will not be judged or eligible for prizes if consent form is not received.
• Videos and consent forms must be RECEIVED by Perfect Praise Publishing by deadline (September 14, 2018)
- Contest winners must claim their website credit by Oct 31st, 2018
Art Contest Guidelines
• Only one submission per person (see age categories below). You may enter both the video and the art contests.
• Submissions will be judged on accuracy, creativity, originality, and detail.
• All participants in the art contest must sign an art consent form allowing Perfect Praise Publishing to display all submitted artwork without restriction. When displayed, the artist will be credited. (Parent/guardian must sign if the participant is under 18.)
• All submissions must be uploaded as JPEG files and emailed to kingdom@perfect-praise.com with the signed art consent form (Recommended size is no less than 500 Kb and no more than 5 Mb)
• Artwork and consent forms must be RECEIVED by Perfect Praise Publishing by the deadline. (September 14, 2018)
- Artwork will not be judged or eligible for prizes if consent form is not received.
• Three age categories will be judged and awarded prizes: 6-11, 12-15, and 16+
- Any traced submissions will be disqualified
- Contest winners must claim their website credit by Oct 31st, 2018

Live Action Video Prizes:
1st Place- $125 credit on our website!
2nd Place- $75 credit on our website!
3rd Place- $50 credit on our website!
Animation/Lego Video Prizes:
1st Place- $125 credit on our website!
2nd Place- $75 credit on our website!
(Only submitting participant from the winning videos will receive the prize)
Art Drawing Prizes:
Each age category (6-11, 12-15, and 16+) will be awarded the following:
1st Place- $50 credit on our website!
2nd Place- $25 credit on our website!
